Originally from southwest France, Chef Eymard has a depth of experience working at a diversity of restaurants in the United States and France, including the classical three-Michelin starred Taillevent in Paris in 2002 under the guidance of her mentor Alain Solivérès, or the sublime one-Michelin starred restaurant at Hotel Caprice in Switzerland in 2004, known for its fresh cuisine.

Eymard was most recently the Executive Sous Chef at Adour in The St. Regis Hotel in New York. With working experience both here and abroad, Chef Eymard brings to Pinch a vision of simple and good house-made American classics with a fresh twist. Over the course of her career she has demonstrated a masterful technique that combines passion, precision and an incredible appreciation for the finest ingredients.
